DuPont™ Tyvek® IsoClean® – Sterile Cleanroom Sleeve Protector – GMP Grade A/B

The DuPont™ Tyvek® IsoClean® IC 501 B WH MS is a sterile, clean-processed sleeve designed to provide arm protection in controlled environments where contamination control is critical. Manufactured from Tyvek® IsoClean® fabric, this sleeve offers an excellent barrier against particles, microorganisms, and non-hazardous light liquid splashes, making it ideal for use in ISO Class 5 (GMP Grade A/B) cleanrooms.

• Material: Made from Tyvek® IsoClean® (flash-spun high-density polyethylene), offering a breathable yet effective barrier to particles ≥1 micron.
• Design:
  • 45 cm (18") long sleeve
  • Tunnelled elastication at wrist and bicep for a secure fit
  • Bound internal seams to minimize particle shedding
  • Aseptically folded to facilitate sterile gowning procedures
• Sterilization: Gamma-irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶, compliant with ISO 11137-1.
• Packaging: Individually packed in pairs, subgrouped by 25 in an outer bag with two polyethylene liners; 100 sleeves per case.
